Synopsis of Video:
a group of youth are harassing another youth based on racial differences
a bystander bikes past and doesn't react
climax of group shoving youth to ground and walking away congratulating each other
the images rewind
the bystander bikes past and intervenes
positive resolution - stepping into the light

actors must be able to meet between the hours of 4 - 6:30 once or twice during the last two weeks of Nov.
